REC & APSCo Code of Practice

The Recruitment and Employment Confederation ( REC) is the recognised Recruitment Industry body and provides a Code of Practice and Ethics along with many very useful services for Employers, Agencies and Candidates.

The REC Code of Professional Practice has been created in consultation with members and industry stakeholders to ensure that all members of the REC conduct their businesses ethically and to the highest standards and to promote good practice within REC membership. Additionally REC has introduced a Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct
