January 2012: E-Resourcing has been identified again as one of the fastest growing UK recruitment organisations, as it is named in the Recruiter's Fast50 List for 2012.

Announced in January 2012 Recruiter's Fast 50 list, is compiled by Boxington Corporate Finance and names the fastest growing private recruitment businesses in the UK.  Recruiter stated that , "The latest rankings of the fastest growing recruitment firms in the UK once again highlight the recruitment industry's ability to reinvigorate and flourish in the toughest of conditions."

E-Resourcing, which is headquartered in Epsom, Surrey, was set up seven years ago.  It has won national recognition, including being named in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 at 24th in 2009, and being in the Recruiter's Fast Track 50 in 2010 and now again in 2012 - all achieved through organic growth. The company, which specialises in the provision of contract and permanent IT and telecoms staffing services across the UK and Europe is jointly owned and run by Directors, Jon Tyler, Alison Page and Kevin Thorn.

Kevin Thorn commented, "We are delighted to be named in the Fast 50 again two years after our success of achieving 10th place in 2010.  We believe this is a testament to the consultancy style of service provided by all our staff to both clients and applicants and contractors alike.  When times are tough we have found that our clients have tended to continue to show allegiance to the E-Resourcing brand whilst many other suppliers adopt a more hard selling approach that can alienate the hiring managers."

Tim Evans, Boxington's managing director stated "This year's Fast 50 is the first that captures the full impact of the economic recession that began in 2008, and probably because of that, it's the most interesting Fast 50 so far."

Looking ahead to 2013, Evans says: "This Fast 50 captures businesses that have grown in recession, and another recession is coming in. It will be difficult, but all of them look well positioned in their growth to weather the storm well. All of the Fast 50 have shown they've got the substance and momentum to endure hard conditions."

The Recruiter Fast 50 prepared by Boxington Corporate Finance lists the fastest growing private recruitment businesses in the UK according to compound annual sales growth rate as measured over each entrant's most recent three-year financial reporting period.
