Working in Europe
Since its inception E-Resourcing has not just provided contractors to positions in the UK but has also placed consultants in mainland Europe.
- Countries: We have placed people in all the more conventional countries such as Belgium (where we have an office), France, Germany, Italy and The Netherlands but have also placed contractors in such distant European countries as Russia and the Czech Republic.
- Tax and Registration: If you are looking to work overseas you need to ensure that you will be working in a legitimate capacity within your target country. In E-Resourcing we have many years of experience of ensuring we comply with the appropriate laws and demands of the relevant authorities. We work closely with in-country management companies who ensure that you achieve all tax allowances that you should and also ensure you are registered with the authorities as appropriate. This ensures an efficient, trouble free and financially satisfying assignment.
- Languages: It is not necessary to speak the local language as many IT roles require English speakers, however there is no doubt that if you are competent in the local language it will be an advantage and may increase your chances of being offered a role.
- Local advice: Whatever country you are offered a contract position within, we will put you in touch with organisations/individuals who can co-ordinate accommodation locally, tell you about the transport and locality, and introduce you to other ex-pats to make your assignment that much more enjoyable.
