Statutory Legal Process (Permanent Candidates)
All individuals applying for any permanent positions through an employment agency are covered by the EAA regulations which means that in order for an agency to provide you work seeking services the following are required:
- Our acknowledgement (shown here) that we will look for a job for you and not charge you for the service
- Proof of identity - for example a copy of your passport, recent P45, valid EU driving licence, birth certificate etc
- Proof of your legal entitlement to accept a job, if offered. e.g. a copy of a passport together with any valid work permit or visa.
- Proof of your qualifications, technical or educational, which confirm that your skills and experience match any technical requirements of the role which specify formal qualifications are required.
