Utilities Account Operations Manager- 12 month fixed term contract
My client are a Utilities regulator who are looking for an Operational Customer Account Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will be working with a number of Customers reporting and managing their data which has been reported to make sure they are following the correct policy. You will need to have experience and understanding of Utilities pricing, policy or regulations around distribution. This role will require you to liaise with a number of customers and make sure that they are following the correct reporting processes. You will be responsible make sure if they have any questions that you are able to assist them and potentially produce documentation to help them through the process.
The ideal candidate for this role will have an Account Management background with the ability to present data findings to both internal teams and to customers. You will need to have worked in and around the Utilities space with an understanding of Pricing, Settlement, Policy or Regulations.
