Support Techies anchor Developers by reminding them why they're doing what they're doing reminding them how their code effects the end user, fighting the battle against "Development in a vacuum" syndrome.
The Sidekick centers Developers by allowing them to stay focused on the code, while they solve the interesting and challenging problems that appear on the support queue.

Based in leafy Surrey, our client is one search for one of these undercover heroes to join them as a Technical Support Developer. You are a problem-solver, the fixer-upper the one that can be depended on when things go wrong.
You will be working in a C# .Net environment with WCF, WF, SQL Server and a wide range of other technologies. You will be process driven, ideally with an ITIL certificate to show this.
In return for your heroic efforts you will be offered a salary up to £48,000pa with generous benefits.
