Service Desk Analyst - 1st Line, ITSM, Windows

Service Desk Analyst required to join a busy team in a global organisation.

As a Service Desk Analyst your role will include:

  • Delivering 1st line support services to 600+ business users, customers and IT staff across multiple sites UK and Europe
  • Proactively maintain the desktop and phone infrastructure.
  • Log, analyse, investigate, prioritise and attempt to resolve all IT Incidents, Problems and Changes in a timely fashion

Your experience / skills and qualifications will include:

  • Excellent Service Desk / IT Support experience
  • Windows 7 10 desktops, Windows 2008 2016 Servers, Office 2013 Office 365 and Active Directory (inc account admin)
  • Use of ITSM systems eg. Marval/ServiceNow
  • Building, configuring and deployment (SCCM, Ghost, WSUS) desktops, laptops, servers
  • Broadband technologies (DSL and /or cable modems) experience of dealing with ISP's
  • Networking concepts, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS
  • Adaptability, flexibility in working within a team
  • Strong Analytical / Problem Solving skills
