Job Description

Regional Coordinator/Administrator - Remote with regional travel required - 12 month contracts

As you will be required to travel within the region to meetings and to meet colleagues you will need to be based in either North East, North, Yorkshire, South Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, or Leicester.

Role Description:

Your primary responsibilities will revolve around ensuring the seamless execution of your region's speaker meetings and independent meetings while upholding the company's standards of quality and compliance. Additionally, you will coordinate Medical Education programs in the regionand you will actively work to alleviate the administrative burden on Business Managers in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Independent Meeting Management:
  2. Support Business Managers to Drive Execution Excellence
  3. Facilitation of Local Speaker Tours:
  4. Collaborating with fellow P2P Coordinators to identify best practices and strong advocates
  5. Amplifying the Impact of Webinars - identify opportunities to maximise international or national head office led webinars
  6. Medical Education Associate Program Coordination - coordinate programs in the region, liaising with internal stakeholders to deliver impactful educational initiatives that contribute to the professional development of HCPs.
  7. HCP Sponsorship Management -
  8. Administrative Tasks Management - implement strategies and systems to streamline administrative tasks for Business Managers

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, business administration).
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferably in a similar coordination or project management role.
  • Strong understanding of compliance regulations governing interactions with HCPs.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes within deadlines.
