Online B2C PRODUCT MANAGERS - High Volume - Customer Focused Experience Essential
My client are a challenger brand and a highly successful B2C company with a very loyal client base. They are growing rapidly and now need to bring in some quality Product Managers to look at some key product offerings.
You wil take ownership of the entire product and drive change and improvement or new features to ensure the customer journey is slick and uncomplicated. You will own the P&L and have full responsibility for the success of your product.
Working closely with the data analytics and insights team you will need to have experience of analysing customer data so that you can enhance / improve or add new features to your product.
Online digital experience is essential and candidates must be able to show relevant product ownership and be able to talk through the product lifecycle and where they have created or improved the product journey and added real business value.
You will be totally comfortable talking to different teams (devs / testing / UX) and be at home in a digital business that has high volume customer transactions.
