PMO Analyst- Utilities, Electricity, Agile, Reporting
My client are a Utilities client based in Central London who are looking for a PMO Analyst to work alongside the Planning and Performance Lead of the business. You will be the main point of contact for the PMO team and have 1 or 2 direct reports. You will be responsible for the on going development of the businesses portfolio and will ideally need to have worked within the Utilities space previously.
Key Areas of the role
Support the implementation of Portfolio Management, including the creation of change categories and the criteria to prioritise change
Support resource planning and allocation across the business, and specifically for the Planning and Performance and Project Delivery team
Establish and guide the selection and prioritisation of projects to ensure alignment with organisational strategy
Assess and recommend project prioritisation to the Portfolio Review Board, using Portfolio Assessment Criteria
Develop and deliver accurate portfolio reporting, while providing timely assessment of the portfolio performance and forecasts
Produce status reports and management reporting of high quality and on time.
Report and monitor programme / project budgets, including all associated spending and reconcile with Finance
Challenge and review milestones, issues and risks across the programme / project
Lead morning stand-ups and demonstrate control and assurance of accountabilities to those with actions
