Jobspec: Operational and Management Support
General Info of the assignment:
The mission is to act into the Architecture Operational Management Team on various assignments by supporting and providing documents and reports related to the team's activities. An operational user support activity will be part of daily tasks.
It's also expected from the consultant to play an ADM (Application Development and Maintenance) SPOC role towards IT Steering department to assume the transmission of information like:
- ADM budget (estimated & realized)
- ADM process (information & documentation)
- ADM enterprise architecture landscape information (MEGA, ...)
- ADM projects status
Experience in user support to manage IT non-standard demands is required.
Technical knowledge to coordinate SaaS Cloud demands through an existing evaluation processes is required.
Broader experience in setup and optimisation of reports, controls, manual support processes is required.
Must be able to communicate effectively with team members from different horizons (Application Owner, project leaders, IT Experts, Managers, …)
An active experience in Project Management or PMO is a must.
Autonomous and able to work in a bi-localized team (Brussels and Berlin). He will regularly report and share issues or insights with the Management level.
Experience in coordination of Steering Committee at international organization level is a plus.
An IT background will be considered as an asset
We're expecting someone in full-time (8 hours/day).
In general, desk activities will stand in the building at 500m of Central Station in Brussels, but some meetings could be organized in a building nearby.
Supplier and procurement documentation and meetings with external parties will be in English. Knowledge of this language is mandatory. The consultant will collaborate with French, Dutch and German speaking team members. Knowledge of those 3 languages is a plus but not mandatory.
