Junior SharePoint Analyst/Developer Dutch or French mandatory
Our client is actively looking for a junior SharePoint analyst/developer to integrate into a development & maintenance team. The objective of this team is to modernize and add new functionalities to Internet, Intranets and Extranets sites, mainly based on SharePoint, including the migration of legacy developments to new platforms.
The candidate will be involved in all aspects of the services, including new developments, bug finding and resolution, incident management, change requests, access rights management & advices to end-users.
Based on detailed analysis, and following our client guidelines and market best practices the candidate will contribute to the delivery of the service to the end-users, by ensuring the initial analysis of new requests as well as incidents. The candidate will also participate in the design of the solution in collaboration with the technical architect. Ideally the candidate will have relevant experience in corporate-wide projects.
Collect and analyse incoming requests and incidents. Ensure the follow-up of all requests and incidents till their resolution. Ensure communication with end users & other teams around new requests and incidents.
Solve/implement requests and incidents whenever possible. Whenever not possible, dispatch them to more senior members of the team.
Ensure the respect of the our client guidelines for Intranets and collaboration sites. More specifically, be rigorous in the management of permissions for sensitive information.
Participate to the implementation of new functionalities and maintain existing software.
Testing (unit tests, integration tests).
Collaborate with operations teams to deploy/configure the software.
Realize support and maintenance service by helping in bug finding and resolution, incident management.
Modernize the applications portfolio by implementing new common practices, frameworks and tools, as advised by the technical architects.
Ability to communicate with business analysts for understanding the specifications and designs that form the basis for implementation
Ability to communicate with technical lead to understand the constraints of the architecture that must be followed.
Master one of both national languages (French/Dutch) and at least a good passive understanding of the other. Fluent in English (written & spoken)
