Service Assurance Lead/Service Design/Service Transition/Continuous Service Improvement (CSI)/DevOps/Agile/Scrum/ITIL

The Service Assurance Lead is an outcomes-based role that is ultimately responsible for ensuring the production of consistent quality global IT service designs, as well as consistent and coordinated transition planning and support, both of which result in meeting current and evolving business outcomes and requirements.

Role requirements

  • Experience of working in the pharmaceutical industry or similarly regulated markets.
  • Experience of working in roles that have a global remit.
  • ITIL Intermediate - Service Lifecycle (Design, Transition, CSI)
  • ITIL Intermediate - Service Capabilities: Planning, Protection and Optimisation (PPO), Service Offerings and Agreements (SOA)
  • ITIL V4 awareness
  • Working knowledge of other industry standards and/or certifications (e.g. Agile Service Management, DevOps Leader, SIAM, PRINCE2).

This role will require you to be in the office twice a week and my client are unable to sponsor. There is a bonus of up to 15% on-top of the salary
