IT Run Manager NL/FR/UK
Our client is starting to modernize its IT and in particular is considering cloud solutions for its users and infrastructure. The IT department is organized into 2 major divisions; IT Change and IT Run. The new IT Run manager will have to take charge of his team, prepare it and lead the change towards new technologies (Cloud) and users towards the new collaboration tools (O365, Skype, ...) while providing a service (ServiceDesk) optimal. The IT Run manager will lead his team taking into account the objectives and performance to be achieved.

3.1 Team Management (18+ pers.)

Ensures that knowledge, expertise and attitudes are present to achieve the department's strategy and objectives (quantitative and qualitative).
Selects, directs, coaches, motivates, and evaluates team members to create an environment that fosters creativity, professionalism, and encourages the development of knowledge / skills as well as a sense of responsibility and quality.
Establishes clear areas of responsibility for people and builds with them a personal development plan.
Ensures that at all times the number of resources (quantitative & qualitative) is present to accomplish the mission and achieve the objectives.
Ensures the timely execution and quality of projects and sub-projects under the responsibility of the team within the allocated budgets.
Follow up on project activities and report on their status, problems (with proposed solutions) and risks (with proposed countermeasures) to the Project / Program Manager and the CIO.
Participates in the preparation of the annual budget taking into account the strategy, the projects and the necessary maintenance.
Respects the approved annual budget and reports its status on a regular basis. Ensures compliance with the purchase procedures in force. Proposes, pro-actively, the necessary actions to avoid any budget overruns.
Justifies investments through a business case with a clear return on investment.

Qualification and experience
University education with an IT or economic orientation
7 to 10 years of experience in an infrastructure IT environment
Effective knowledge of both national languages and English
