Job Description

Infrastructure/Network Analyst

2 days per week in London office 3 days remote

The role involves the management, administration and development of the general infrastructure, network infrastructure and network services to provide a secure and operational network for all end users and provides 2nd line generic support and 3rd line specialist support for the network. When required will also work with third-party IT suppliers and supervises their work as required.


  • Ensure availability of IT systems and services.
  • Changes to infrastructure to reflect business needs.
  • Enhanced security of IT and Information systems
  • Documented and well communicated details of system construction.
  • Provision of 2nd line generic support and 3rd line specialist support for network support to users
  • Fully effective working with suppliers and consultants to resolve problems and complement IT solutions.

Experience Required:

  • SAN Storage (Nimble/QNAP)
  • Network (CCNA/Meraki) expertise
  • Cloud Based Technologies (Azure)
  • Substantial experience in dealing with a wide range of users, at all levels in an organisation. Substantial experience of network management and support in WAN and LAN environments.
  • In depth knowledge of windows servers in a networked environment, networking technology and substantial expertise in at least 3 of the following Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft SQL, Remote Desktop Services, VMWare, SCCM, Endpoint Manager/Intune
  • Backups & Disaster Recovery (Veeam Backup & Replication/VMWare SRM)
  • Patch Management (Manage Engine)


  • Cyber Security (Microsoft 365 Defender/SOC/Penetration Testing Remediation)
