Digital Delivery Lead - Bristol and flexible working


Digital Delivery Lead required to join the Digital Transformation team to help make a difference and deliver excellent customer-focused digital products.
The ideal candidate will enjoy a challenge that mixes project management, business analysis, and Scrum/Agile coaching.

You will have experience of working in an Agile/Scrum environment and want to take the experience you have learned to work with some exciting new technology across a variety of products.

Experience of managing offshore technology suppliers would also be a big advantage.

Experience Required:

You will have demonstrable experience of helping technical and non-technical teams to navigate multiple change initiatives in complex, multi-functional and customer facing environments. You may have spent time as a project manager, change manager, business analyst, scrum master, product owner or management consultant.

Delivery models and methodologies:

Essential: Agile and Waterfall approaches
Desirable: Continuous Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, Business Excellence

Analysis and facilitation:
Essential: Strong analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills; ability to facilitate at all organisational levels

Change management:
Essential: broad experience of change management approaches both through business and technology driven change

Delivery scope:
Essential: Significant, complex cross-functional and cross-product deliveries in a digital and strongly customer facing environment

Technical skills:
Essential: MS Office suite, project tracking and reporting (time, cost and quality measures)
