CRM Manager | London | £40,000 pa plus exceptional benefits

CRM / Google Analytics / Marketing / Data

A fantastic opportunity for a CRM Manager / CRM Executive to work for a global company in central London. The CRM Manager will work closely with the Head of CRM to develop innovative ways to increase engagement and promote database growth across CRM touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Devise communication strategies, utilising new technologies and developments in CRM systems
  • Work closely with the eCommerce & Marketing teams to increase CRM driven revenues.
  • Become competent with all centrally provided CRM systems, technology stack and analytical tools. Provide day to day support to Digital and Marketing teams on all our systems so the company can execute their campaigns confidently
  • Be the CRM champion

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience working in CRM, Fashion/Entertainment or in a Digital Agency managing multiple accounts
  • Aware of current and emerging CRM Communication Technologies & Tools, Data Management Systems, Google Analytics suite, Digital Technologies, CRM in social media and Digital Youth.
  • A strong working knowledge of Google Analytic tools, tracking parameters & analysis.
  • Diligent and reliable, capable of managing and delivering on multiple projects simultaneously and to a high standard, both autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Experience of working with CRM systems and delivering qualitative & quantitative analysis
