Job Description

2nd Line Support/Second Line Support/Desktop Support/Deskside Support

2nd Line Support/Desktop Engineer required to work in the onsite support team supporting approximately 250 users. You will work alongside a more junior Technical Engineer, who you will also help mentor.

Required experience:

  • Providing 2nd Line support in a corporate environment
  • Excellent customer facing skills and telephone manner
  • Previously supported both office and field-based staff
  • Experience in supporting, setting up or configuring the below:
    • Windows 10
    • Mobile devices
    • MDM
    • Active directory administration
    • Laptop and PC imaging and support
    • MS365 Admin and support
    • Telecoms
    • VC suits
    • SCCM or other software centres
    • Antivirus endpoint and console
    • Backup
    • Follow me print solutions
    • Proven trouble shooting skills

There is an additional 10% bonus on top of your salary. This is an office based role
