2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer

- Weybridge, Surrey

Location: Weybridge, Surrey

My client provides high quality IT support services to corporate businesses, across many different vertical markets.

In the main, my client's customers IT, will be running a Microsoft Business Network, built on VMware, HP and Cisco infrastructure.

Working Hours:

  • Operating on a rotational basis, every 6 weeks
  • 1 x Early - 7am to 3:00pm
  • 4 x Normal - 9am to 5:30pm
  • 1 x Late - 11:00am to 7pm
  • Lunch break - 1 Hour on normal 30 mins when on Early or Late
  • 2 x 15-minute breaks per day

2nd Line on Site days Rota:

  • 2nd Line, and if required 3rd line engineers, will carry out contracted customer site days on a rotational basis or as required
  • Sites currently located in Central London and the South East of England
  • All agreed travel expenses are reimbursed

2nd & 3rd Line on Call Rota (voluntary for some positions):

  • Operating on a rotational basis, Approx. every 6 to 8 weeks
  • On call from 7pm to 10pm weekdays, 9am to 5:30pm weekends
  • Fixed payment of £100 per week, plus £20 for each call taken
  • If the week, includes any Bank holiday, an additional £100 is paid for each one
  • Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day


  • Weybridge, London, Customer Sites and Remote working


  • Weekday - Hourly Rate based on Salary * 1.5
  • Weekend - Hourly Rate based on Salary * 2


In addition to the salary, we also provide:-
