We are exclusively representing our client who is looking for an individual with solid 2nd/3rd line experience and wants YOU (yes… YOU!) to tell them all your big, bright, wonderful, out of the box ideas. They will value your input, creativity, and individuality, and will embrace you with open arms.
They themselves are an innovative, market leading, exciting high-growth UK business, that develops and sells technology solutions for the law enforcement and security sectors.
You will be joining the Helpdesk team, providing customer software support, undertaking analysis and diagnosis, and implement resolutions within agreed timeframes.
This role requires excellent customer service skills and advanced technical experience, demonstrating a passion for emerging technologies and the commercial insight to ensure the Helpdesk achieves its primary objective.
To be one of the lucky few to be shortlisted for this incredible opportunity, you will be:
- a whizz at setting up and maintaining Windows Servers and software installs/upgrades
- a master of Active Directory administration and Networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
- an expert in MS Office and MS Exchange
Maintaining and configuring hardware devices is also so easy for you, you could do it in your sleep …ok maybe not in your sleep, but you find it very simple!
