The Role:
A 1st Line Technical Support for a 12 month fixed term contract to join the existing Service Desk Team in Oxford. As an important member of the team, the role supports the wider business colleagues in the most friendly, efficient and accommodating manner possible with various IT requests and issues, from Office to Adobe, Laptop to MACs, every day will be different.
Hybrid Role with 2-3 days onsite and 2-3 days remote.
Experience Required:
- Some commercial experience of providing 1st Line Technical Support on a Service Desk
- A 'can do' attitude and great customer service skills
- Knowledge of ITIL will be advantageous
