1st Line Service Desk Analyst (Active Directory/Office 365/Exchange)
Enjoy saving the day? Our client in Surrey needs a superstar Service Desk Analyst to join their team, providing support to a 1st line level.
You will be supporting users, troubleshooting issues, and using your technical finesse to resolve problems. When issues can't be resolved you will know to escalate to 2nd/3rd lines. Providing excellent customer service and making a customer's day will be instinctive to you.
Technical knowledge you will need to be a success in this position includes Active Directory User & Security Group administration, Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows 10 and Office 365, Exchange and Outlook 2010/2013/2016.
You will have at least one years' commercial experience. Financial Service experience would be preferable, as would someone who hasn't been knocking around in IT for years as our client is looking for people that are keen to step up and move into 2nd/3rd line and on to Infrastructure.
