Incentives and Rewards
At E-Resourcing we believe that people are our most important asset. We want to ensure that our teams are motivated to achieve the goals of the company, that they are generously rewarded for outstanding performance and that they enjoy working for E-Resourcing.
In order to achieve these goals we have a number of ways to incentivise and reward our team:
- E-Resourcing operates a Share Option Scheme which, subject to qualifying criteria, is available to all staff.
- We want to ensure that the whole team feels that they are contributing to and will benefit from the growth and success of the company
- E-Resourcing wants to attract and keep the best staff and has put in place a market leading commission scheme for all Sales and Resourcers.
- Unlike many companies there are no minimum criteria to qualify for commission. You will be paid from the first £ of gross profit sold and billed for the company
Performance based Trips
- The company organises bi-annual performance based Sales Trips. All Sales people and Resourcers are able to qualify and over the last few years have enjoyed skiing in France, site seeing in Cairo, shopping in Marrakesh and relaxing in Portugal!
Regular Social Events
- We like to ensure that E-Resourcing is an enjoyable place to work and celebrate regularly with events such as Epsom racing, Thames River boat cruise, West End shows and of course Christmas parties!
