Business Development / Account Management at Williams McKinley

Williams McKinley is the specialist division of E-Resourcing that focuses on ERP roles, in particular permanent and contract roles with an SAP focus both in the UK and abroad.  It is currently seeking new and experienced recruitment consultants to join them.  It is well respected as a high quality, professional and consultative recruitment organisation.  E-Resourcing is an award winning IT recruitment company enjoying consistent growth year on year since its establishment in 2005.

At Williams McKinley we look for people who have solid communication abilities and a strong commitment to client and candidate service.  Your background will ideally be in IT, HR, Finance or Recruitment and from that base our training and development programme will teach you the necessary recruitment and account management skills. Equally, if you are already successful in recruiting in the SAP / ERP space and enjoy the new business side of the job, we have very attractive roles for people to help us with our current phase of new growth in both the UK and Europe.

A career path exists for those who wish to progress to senior levels and who have the requisite talent, enthusiasm and dedication to succeed in the recruitment industry. We want our staff to develop and we will work with you to plan your personal development; if you are skilled and motivated there are few limits to what you can achieve.

Working at Williams McKinley you will find that the majority of our new business comes from either referrals based on the quality of service that we have provided in the past or from our reputation in the market.  As such, when developing new business almost all of our conversations with prospects tends to be warm calling rather than cold calling.

The role of a recruitment consultant involves developing new clients and maintaining and growing existing client relationships.  For the vacancies with our clients you will need to source candidates, qualify their appropriateness and negotiate placements.  You will need first rate communication and prioritisation skills, intelligence, excellent focus and determination and, above all, personal integrity.

Williams McKinley provides exceptional results for its clients and provides a professional, respectful but fun working environment for its staff.  There is a very competitive earnings package that always aims to be in the top quartile within the industry.  The remuneration package rewards both individual success and also has team rewards, dependent on the performance of the whole group, including two annual incentive conferences overseas.  This makes for a friendly, co-operative and professional culture that candidates, clients and employees continually compliment us on.

Williams McKinley, being part of the E-Resourcing Group also allows your career to expand and grow within a wider context of opportunities in the group.
