What are the Key Requirements for Success?

There are no ‘hard and fast' rules; some of our consultants are graduates, some are not; some are hugely experienced, some are not.  What is required in each and every one of our consultants is the right blend of personal attitudes, qualities, characteristics and determination. We look for the right spirit, determination to succeed, enthusiasm and attitude in combination with experience. As every Consultant becomes an expert in their own way it is imperative that they have an inquisitive mind and a passion for developing their own knowledge.

Our most successful consultants take it upon themselves to immerse themselves within their chosen specialist or vertical sector.

E-Resourcing is a meritocracy and the route for promotion through our business is clearly laid out , set against meeting milestones, targets and key performance indicators.

Should an individual demonstrate the characteristics laid out above and enjoy the success expected of an experienced Consultant there is nothing to prevent them from progressing through to a managerial and/ or Practice Manager role within the organisation.
