Senior Resourcer

The Senior Resourcer role is for someone with experience of resourcing candidates for roles. A Senior Resourcer will demonstrate responsibility and experience in having best-in-class skills, ability, experience and results. Colleagues will regard the Senior Resourcer as a mentor for all resource/search activities. The Senior Resourcer will have a deep understanding and knowledge of the database, searches and of some clients. All Resourcers main overriding objective is to resource (find, identify, qualify) quality candidates for identified positions as required.

Additionally Senior Resourcers will be involved in the following activities:

  • To support and manage the recruitment process including making all arrangements
  • To undertake the process of searching, finding, screening and selecting appropriate resource for clients
  • To travel where necessary to client sites, interviewing, meetings, etc.
  • To take responsibility for the delivery of the best available resources to customers under the direction of a Consultant /Senior Consultant or Partner/Director
  • To generate market intelligence
