Award-winning IT and telecoms staffing business E-Resourcing Limited has acquired specialist SAP consulting firm Williams McKinley Limited in a strategic deal designed to complement their growth strategy.

The Directors of E-Resourcing said: "This is an exciting acquisition for us, and a great way to start 2012. In Williams McKinley we have a team of experienced, committed and acknowledged experts in SAP consulting which complements our portfolio of specialisms, such as Testing and QA, Technical Architecture, Health Service sector and Analytics across the IT sector."

"Over the past seven years E-Resourcing has experienced tremendous organic growth. The acquisition of Williams McKinley will add a new specialism enabling the group to offer additional  services to our existing and new clients, further boosting our growth."

Williams McKinley, has forged a very strong reputation in the SAP recruitment sector providing SAP contractors and permanent staff to a large number of bluechip International clients .

Jon Tyler, Director of E-Resourcing, said: "We were particularly impressed by Williams McKinley as their culture and style matched our consultative approach to the market.  Compatible culture is so important in ensuring that an acquisition is successful and we knew at once that we had a good match with Williams McKinley.  The closer we got to their staff and processes and understood their company strengths the more it appeared to be the proverbial ‘marriage made in heaven'."

E-Resourcing, which is Head Quartered in Epsom, Surrey, was set up seven years ago, as a specialist provider of IT staffing solutions across the UK and Europe and is owned and run by Jon Tyler, Alison Page and Kevin Thorn.  The company provides IT and telecoms Contractors and Permanent recruitment services across the UK and overseas.  It has won national recognition, including being named in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 at 24th in 2009, and being in the Recruiter's Fast Track 50 in 2010 and 2012.

Williams McKinley was set up in 2004 and rapidly established itself as a very successful niche supplier of SAP consultants and permanent staff.  In order to continue its growth Williams McKinley wanted to position itself within a larger group where there were the resources and management experience to help it move through its next phase of growth.

Georgia Wass, Divisional Manager of the business commented that, "Of all the people and companies we met during the process, E-Resourcing seemed to tick all the right boxes for us.  We are really excited about working with the E-Resourcing team and being part of the larger group.  As well as being successful, it should be a lot of fun!"

E-Resourcing was advised by Rycroft Glenton's Corporate Finance Director, Carl Swansbury and by Morrisons Solicitors' corporate partner, Peter Savage.
