Job Description

Applications Solution Architect - Tech Led Consumer Lifestyle Company - High Transactional web/mobile/tablet - £90k

Im searching for hands-on technology agnostic solutions architects that enjoy technical challenges and have the ability to work in a high transactional business.

My client are a household name. They offer a consumer service to millions and are growing and expanding their team in London. They have just moved into one of the capitals most eagerly awaited tech buildings where you will be working with an extremely talented team and have the chance to make a real difference to products that reach a wide and varied audience.

To be happy in this role you will want to work in teams where collaboration is almost always the solution. Experience working with high volume transactional systems and hands on prototyping experience are highly desirable. Acting as a trusted advisor to the business and technical colleagues will need to be second nature for you to get the best out of this role. Most importantly you will need to be forward thinking, innovative and pragmatic with a healthy curiosity for all things technical.

You will have a desire for accountability and responsibility as well as the temperament to thrive under pressure as part of your DNA. When my client meets you it will be clear that your technical and communication skills equip you to deliver elegant, industry leading solutions.

My client put technical excellence at the forefront of the applications they build and run. You will be shaping and overseeing delivery of Technology Roadmaps across the entire estate alongside participating in the continuous improvement process. You will be creating Proof of Concept applications (using whatever tools best suit the job) and demonstrating their respective merits to gain support for your designs from your peers and colleagues.
