Department
TEC ARP PAC (Process Architecture) is responsible for designing and implementing processes linked to development of new products and services and of transformational projects. Gradually this scope is extending towards company wide coverage.

Job description
You will assist Head of Process Architecture and his team, within two domains:

For assigned projects you are as Senior Project Architect responsible to manage and to steer the virtual teams throughout the different departments, involved in developing process vision and implementation. You're responsible to ensure that scope of the project is clear and translated into a clear vision on way forward, that based on your impact analysis of the proposed scenario and potential alternatives finetuning of this vision can be done at management level, and that the final way forward is translated into a realistic but ambitious roadmap.
You will ensure implementation of this roadmap and effective management reporting on the progress. You will manage relationship with main process stakeholders and their teams during the lifetime of the project.
You will make recommendations on way forward to improve process discipline. Recommendations are expected on set-up of an effective process governance, improvement of methodology for process documentation and process compliance validation, implementation of a BPMS, …

By project we understand a project where development or reengineering of processes is needed in order to deliver Business objectives.


Experience
Minimum 10 years proven experience as Process Expert in complex environments
Proven experience proven experience in leading and implementing process transformations in or on behalf of a large company
Familiar with process methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, …) and experience in documenting processes in BPMN2.0.

Proven leadership skills to manage effectively your virtual project team & your stakeholders
You can deal with 'uncertainty' and are able to show expected composure in a continuous changing environment.
You feel at ease to deal with ambiguity and to handle conflicts.
You are able to work autonomous
You are good at organizing your work efficiently and effectively even while managing multiple projects in parallel.
You can timely and effectively inform your project stakeholders (director level) and you know essentially of secondary importance to distinguish.
You take initiatives and are result driven while thinking in terms of solutions.
You are familiar with Office tools (Word, Excel, MS-Access, MS-Project and Powerpoint), Visio and Aris Connect.
Languages: French, Dutch & English (Occasionally, we might accept people who do not speak both national languages but they must at least be able to understand them)
