Senior Project Manager | Perm | Hybrid (3 days onsite in Redhill) | £60k-70k pa

Our client, a global organisation, is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to work on multiple projects based on software development and implementation.

Responsibilities:
* Aligning business & IT initiatives, manage response to demand, measure and communicate IT project performance
* To ensure the highest level of business side satisfaction by timely delivery of effective solutions.
* Project Manage concurrent IT and/or business projects to agreed time, cost and quality
* Ensure project governance & compliance within the PM Methodology and Development Standards (Agile & Waterfall)
* Support IT Service Delivery, Infrastructure and Support initiatives and projects as required

Requirements:
* Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline and a Project Management Qualification (Prince2/PMI/APM/Agile)
* Strong matrix management skills particularly in managing technical staff
* 10+yrs IT Project/Programme Management experience, including at least 1 large Software Project implementation
* Proven experience of managing multiple concurrent projects using both Agile & Waterfall methodologies
* Proven experience of managing cross functional teams and utilising both on and offshore resources
