Senior Business Systems Analyst - Enterprise Applications

An excellent opportunity has arisen within a global organisation for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to work within the Sales, Marketing and Legal function and associated enterprise business applications.

This person will:
Support and manage business demand leading projects through full end to end life cycle
Have a solid background of enterprise applications
Incrementally rollout system solutions utilizing multiple project methodologies for requirements, build, testing, and deployment
Define and manage test cases (functional, validation, and systemic), SLA, KPI, monitoring requirements, entitlements, auditing
Support and develop integrated solutions providing architecture encompassing CRM & Portals applications
Understand principles of ITIL and have exposure to service desk operational processes
Manage project workstreams responsible for complex business process analysis, application configuration, functional specification documentation, and system testing for areas of competence

Your experience must include:

Experience in a functional Business Systems Analyst role including application configuration

Experience working with global enterprise applications such as Salesforce, SAP, MS Dynamics, Siebel, Marketo
Demonstrate ability to work in a highly dynamic environment across multiple geographies
Good commercial knowledge & expertise in enterprise applications
Proven project management experience in a technical application support & development environment
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communications skills
End to end delivery cycle experience incorporating best practice methodologies for management of incidents & change
Experience of Customer facing portals
