Principle Consultant - Cyber Security / ISO 27001 / CISSP

We have an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial Cyber Security Consultant to be part of a start-up consultancy backed by a successful global organisation.
Working in a warm market your role will involve providing inspirational leadership to grow the cyber security business, to ensure the presentation and continuous delivery of high quality services and act as a key client facing advocate of the business.
These services include technical security assessments of applications and infrastructure, security design reviews and risk assessments.
Job duties:
*Direct and manage the activities of the consultancy delivering information security and assurance services
*Monitor and manage team members who deliver services and customer satisfaction
*Attract, hire, retain, motivate and inspire team members
*Develop and establish a subject-matter-expert-network, competency-based human capital plan, and mentoring
*Establish partnerships with key external organisations, as well as sub-contractors, to assist the development of organisation capability and growth
*Act as a credible and trusted point of contact for major customer accounts
*Develop deep trust relationship, and specific "branding" with major customers
*Working with the business development function, to meet sales targets by winning new contracts and assist in the development of effective market propositions
*Act as a pre-sales and event representative alongside business development representatives to assist in the development and maintenance of an opportunity pipeline sufficient to support the strategic growth goals of the business
*Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports regarding consultancy performance

Required skills:
*Must be highly self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented
*Bachelor's Degree in information systems or cyber security
*Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT consulting or information security areas
*"Hands-on" with working knowledge of all facets of the information security and assurance areas
*Demonstrated experience in information assurance standards, particularly Cyber Essentials and ISO27001
*Strong inter-personal and communication skills

Desirable skills:
*Master's Degree or MBA would be desired
*A minimum of 3 years' experience at management level would be desired
*Previous experience in building a IT consultancy practice organisations would be desired
*Senior information security qualifications, e.g. CISSP, CLAS, ISO27001 Lead Auditor, would be desired
*Ability to hold SC clearance
