We use Linux as the major operating platform for our bespoke services and favour Windows for off the shelf solutions. We regularly make use of SaaS and other third party solutions and support the integration, monitoring and reporting these.
We now operate in both public (AWS) and private (VMware) cloud infrastructures. We use agile methodology to plan and deliver. We automate where ever we can. We also make use of the controls and structure of a more traditional IT Service Management approach; we've retained the ethos, but added the flexibility necessary to support continuous delivery goals.
