Job Description

ICT Project Leader (Cyber) Security. Context;
There is a need to lead several projects with a focus on (cyber) security as well as to manage a small cell related to operational security.
Lead/work on various projects relative to (cyber) security (such as - but not limited to - Patch & Vulnerability Management, Resource Hardening, Privileged Access Management,…) and to lead a small team dedicated to operational security (monitoring, analysing, reporting of cyber security related logging, events…)
The mission shall be comprised of the following practical tasks & deliverables... 1. Familiarisation of the The client ICT environment (organisation, stakeholders, processes, etc.) 2. Assessment analysis of eventual impact of security policies on ICT operations (processes, applications, persons behaviour)
3. Projects tasks o Project Planning (taking into account of progress, constraints and changes.) o Project Execution (initiation and follow-up of the project work packages and tasks with the implicated persons) o Project Reporting (Regular reporting to project governance committee of costs, progress and forecast o Stakeholder and communication management (Gathering of communications needs and expectations of the identified stakeholders, communicating to the stakeholders in the correct manner with respect to expectations. o Risk Management (Identification, analysis, response planning, and monitoring) o Change Management (including impact analysis, planning, and integration into project if accepted.) o Presentation of the conclusion to The client management, infrastructure, systems, and security stakeholders.
4. Maintaining and growing a small team dedicated at cyber security operational tasks (logging and event monitoring, analysing, reporting including recommendations)
Required hard skills The person most apt to perform this mission should be competent and experienced (min 5 years) in the general domain of ICT project management with specific experience as follows: 1. Project Management in general 2. A proven experience in (cyber) security projects implementation. An experience in an industrial environment (SCADA's, DCS …) is a plus. 3. Microsoft Project application 4. General knowledge of typical ICT hardware and software architectural elements including clients, servers, storage, networks, and databases. 5. General knowledge of Microsoft Office and typical enterprise applications. 6. Knowledge of Risk analysis and its application in ICT projects. This experience should ideally be supplemented by the relevant certification (e.g. PMP or and/or Prince) in the domain of project management Required soft skills The following soft skills are considered in descending order of importance 1. Ability to formulate concrete/pragmatic requirements from policies 2. Knowledge of stakeholder and communication management which can typically be used in ICT projects 3. Assertive communication skills in order to involve the impacted business and technical stakeholders correctly. 4. Be pragmatic in proposing recommendations/projects in order to facilitate the buy-in of all involved stakeholders who could have contradictory standpoints 5. Ability to work properly under stress Languages The consultant must be able to communicate, both orally and written, using Dutch, French and English.
Primary: Brussels HQ Travel to different sites within Belgium where The client offices and/or installations are located should be possible Timing The start date of this mission is as soon as possible
This mission is foreseen for an initial duration of 6 months, renewable
The regime is expected to be full-time.
