Job Description

Digital Delivery Lead

As part of a Digital Transformation team, you will be a catalyst for improving the delivery of value to customers. Improvement measures may include speed of delivery, frequency of delivery, cost effectiveness and feedback from stakeholders and the customer. You will be expected to improve general business delivery capabilities by working across diverse and cross-functional stakeholder groups with an agile, continuous improvement mind-set at all times.
The appropriate use of your consultancy, project management and business analysis skills will shape what is to be delivered and how. In particular, your personal credibility and rapport with senior stakeholders will be key to demonstrate and maintain the alignment of delivery with company strategy.
A mix of your skills will need to be deployed flexibly according to the change to be delivered and as such, the role may cross traditional Business Analyst, Project Manager, Scrum Master boundaries. Whatever your background, you will have a reputation for being the 'first choice resource' when the business needs to get something done.

Experience Required:
You must therefore have demonstrable experience of helping technical and non-technical teams to navigate multiple change initiatives in complex, multi-functional and customer facing environments. You may have spent time as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Change Manager, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner or Management Consultant.

This is an exciting and challenging time to join our IT department which along with the rest of the company is looking for ways to deliver value to its customers using more lean and agile approaches.

About the benefits:
In addition to a competitive salary, the company offers employees a comprehensive benefits package including an excellent pension scheme, discretionary annual bonus scheme, private medical insurance, life assurance and generous annual leave, and a range of flexible benefits including childcare vouchers and gym membership. They also have a subsidised café which is a popular, sociable spot for meetings and lunch.
The modern offices are based in the thriving city centre of Bristol, a short walk from the train station, and within walking distance of the shopping centre, and numerous cafés and restaurants.

If the role sounds of interest please send me your CV and I will call you to discuss the role.
