Delivery Co-ordinator Clinical Information Systems
My client are a Software Warehouse working in a number of sectors bit this role will be working in their Healthcare Division. My client are looking for a Delivery Co-ordinator to work alongside the Product and Development team. This role will be a mix of Project Management and Client Account Management. You will have ideally worked within the Healthcare space and have knowledge of Clinical systems.
Undertake all activities in relation to implementing and configuring products as part of a new customer implementation including working with the customer and any necessary third party suppliers.
Schedule and execute the upgrade of customer systems individually or in bulk.
Liaising with the customer to agree the scope, deliverables, priorities and acceptance criteria.
Assist the developer with the creation of technical specifications for developments in HR systems
In partnership with the Developer/Product Manager, create technical specifications from development requests made by customers or Account Managers.
