Job Description

Sales / Contracts / Finance Support Senior Administrator
The role provides support to both the sales and finance functions of the company and reports to the FD.
It is a key lynchpin role for the operation of both sales and the back office for the company and so we are looking for someone who enjoys delivering against a variety of competing pressures and timescales and then going the extra mile to ensure quality and delivery.

It would suit someone with experience of administration and MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint in particular) who is a self-starter with a keen eye for detail. Experience of contracts administration and/or a recruitment company background would be advantageous but neither are essential.
Typical tasks associated with the role include:
Contracts (create candidate and client side, chase return of contracts, initial point of contact for queries, purchase order reconciliations, candidate references, quality surveys)

Daily, weekly and monthly reporting (KPI/performance tracking, contractor numbers out, board packs, sales reports)
Timesheets (initial contact for queries on the online timesheet system, set up of users)

Creating/updating presentations (monthly sales meetings, quarterly company meetings)
Preparing monthly commission statements

Assistance with pay/bill processes (peak periods and holiday/sickness cover)

Administering the system for holiday and sickness recording

General facilities management (assistance with office moves, dealing with mobile phones, archiving etc.)

Ad hoc tasks as required by the directors
