Business Systems Analyst - Salesforce

An excellent opportunity has arisen within a global organisation for a Business Systems Analyst with a Salesforce focus.
The Business Systems Analyst works within the IT Applications team and provides a critical link between the business organisation and the development and IT organisation.
The Business Systems Analyst understands problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommends solutions that enable the organisation to achieve its goals, bridging the needs of the business with IT.
This Business Systems Analyst role is focused on the Customer Care, Internal Portal & CRM application solutions primarily.

As a member of the IT team, the Senior Business Systems Analyst is a key resource to:
Build productive relationships with the IT global team, including BSAs, developers, and vendors
Build productive relationships with the Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing and Legal global organisations
Translate business requirements into system solutions
Analyse and determine application and interface solutions
Understand application functionality and help others in the direct and virtual teams to do so
Perform system set-up, configuration, and testing
Support day-to-day systems and interfaces issues
Design and develop complex reports as needed
Suggest best practices and opportunities for improvement through automation
Develop test plans for system testing


Requirements
Strong experience in a Business Systems Analyst or similar role within a commercial organisation
Strong analytical skills in analysing complex problems, processes, and systems to propose solutions
Design and Implementation experience with Salesforce
Salesforce configuration experience
Understanding of Sales Processes including Demand Generation, Pipeline Management and Quotation is essential
Good understanding of Order Management concepts would be advantageous
Good understanding of Customer Care / Call Centre processes an advantage
Experience in designing user centric applications with a strong focus on user experience
Ability to document interfaces and data flows
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
